The Bedouin cypress tree motif in Palestinian embroidery (Beersheba area) holds significant cultural meaning. referred to as "saru" in Arabic, this motif symbolizes strength and resilience. Thriving in challenging conditions, the cypress tree remains robust and resistant to decay, serving as a powerful emblem of endurance.
